In the changing era, the situation   is continuously even rapidly changing. Therefore, some confusing results are coming after discussion of every issue. As we know, we are living in the democratic system.
Thus, first of all this is our duty to find out the importance of democracy for India. “Democracy is the interplay between public of country and politicians”. It is well known that all the powers of system are exist in the hand of public. on the basis of public opinion the future is always determined in democratic  system. Furthermore, media is a tool or process which establishes a great relation between government and              citizens. Media is the voice of public and forth pillar of democracy.

Another question which always struck the mind of struggling and upcoming journalist is that the payment of such type of journalist is very low, whereas media organizations always going to optimize their profit. In present scenario media industries are expanding tremendously. But they do not fulfill minimum financial requirement of their working journalist. This is the main issue for upcoming journalist and candidate who enter in such type of industry.

There is no rule and regulation to control these concerns. If we talk about other industries they have clear agenda. They provide certain amount of facilities to own employees.

Before liberalization industrialist used to optimize own profit. they take  a lot of service of  workers and  used  to provide some extra amount of money and pushed them in overtime workload. But after the liberalization situation was randomly changed. They started technical terminology to optimize their profit and they made a team of operation research .operation research  is a basically strategy  of planning. Firstly, this terminology was used by British army during second world war. this operation research theory came in industrial research after liberalization . it shown a tremendous result. According to methodology strategy and goal should be determined before operation. After the compeletation of this process we find out our desired result. Some time we get a magical result.

This is the scientific approach of expansion of organization and optimizes profit. In this phenomenon there is no load of works on employees. If amount of profit is much more the pre determined profit then it is divided among the employees.

If media houses start these type of strategy .they can remove financial problem of journalist.
